Our story
A neighborhood pharmacy, built on twenty years of practice.
MR Compounding Pharmacy was founded in 2025 by Dr. Kazi Saiful Islam, PharmD — a Texas-licensed pharmacist with two decades of experience in retail, clinical, and compounding practice. After years of watching patients get handed one-size-fits-all prescriptions, he opened a pharmacy where every preparation starts with a real conversation.
Today our small Grand Prairie team works directly with patients and providers across DFW — measuring, mixing, and delivering medicine that actually fits each person's body, dose, and life.
