MR Compounding Pharmacy was founded in 2025 in Grand Prairie, Texas. We do two things, and we take both seriously: we serve DFW patients as a full-service neighborhood pharmacy, and we supply compounded medications to clinics and businesses across Texas.
For individuals, that means standard prescriptions, transfers, refills, and custom compounds — all with free delivery across all of Texas. For weight-loss clinics, med spas, dermatology, dental, and veterinary practices, it means a reliable Texas-based compounding source with USP-grade ingredients and a real pharmacist on the other end of the phone.
Dr. Kazi Saiful Islam, PharmD
Dr. Islam brings 20 years of pharmaceutical experience to MR Compounding. He earned his PharmD from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and is licensed to practice pharmacy in Texas. His certifications include IV preparation and immunization delivery.
Known by patients for his warmth and by providers for his clinical rigor, Dr. Islam personally oversees every compound that leaves the lab.
